Rice Lake Area School District Case Study

Rice Lake Area School District Heating and Cooling System Update

The Rice Lake Area school district needed an updated heating and cooling system. The facility had an aged heating, cooling and ventilation system that was no longer heating and cooling properly. The electrical system was also outdated. Many parts for both the electrical and HVAC system were becoming obsolete and unavailable, making repairs difficult and costly. The facility did not have the proper amount of outside air being brought in and there was no cooling.

Our Solution

We determined the district needed a new HVAC and electrical system. They needed displacement ventilation with cooling, and with the new system, they needed all new electrical service and wiring down to the branch circuit level.

We completed the design, bid the project out, and awarded contracts to multiple contractors. We completed the installation during the summer.
